UTV International Exhibits Voyager with Rheinmetall Canada at CANSEC 2025

UTV International exhibited the Voyager D12 with Rheinmetall Canada at CANSEC 2025 in Ottawa.

The vehicle was displayed at Rheinmetall Canada's outdoor exhibit as part of the companies' cooperation in pursuit of Canada's Domestic Arctic Mobility Enhancement project.

DAME is intended to replace the Canadian Army's aging BV206 fleet with a new generation of medium-sized, amphibious, high-mobility carriers capable of transporting personnel and equipment across Canada's northern and Arctic terrain.

The Voyager D12 is a Canadian-developed articulated tracked carrier designed for personnel transport, logistics and specialized missions in snow, muskeg, wetlands, water and remote terrain. Its amphibious configuration allows the vehicle to cross water without extensive preparation, while its articulated track system supports mobility over uneven and low-bearing-capacity ground.

The platform can carry up to 12 occupants and can be configured for personnel, cargo, medical, rescue, command and other operational requirements.

The CANSEC display provided Canadian Armed Forces, government and defence-industry representatives with an opportunity to examine the Voyager platform and discuss its potential application to Arctic mobility and domestic operations.

UTV International brings approximately 30 years of Canadian tracked-vehicle design, manufacturing and field experience to the program. Cooperation with Rheinmetall Canada combines Voyager's domestic platform development with established experience in complex Canadian defence programs and long-term in-service support.
